Job summary

Role Description

The Registered Nurse role is a full-time, on-site position based at Lifeline Tulasi Multispeciality Hospitals in Hyderabad. The nurse will provide direct patient care, including assessment, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with procedures under established protocols. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, updating and maintaining accurate patient records, and educating patients and families about treatment plans and post-discharge care. The role also involves adhering to infection control and safety standards, managing equipment and supplies, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. The nurse is expected to support a compassionate and respectful care environment while responding promptly to patient needs across different hospital departments.

Qualifications

• Clinical care and patient management skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, monitoring vital signs, and wound care.


• Knowledge of hospital protocols, infection control practices, emergency response procedures, and basic life support or advanced life support.


• Strong documentation and organizational abilities for maintaining accurate medical records, care plans, and reports.


• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and counsel patients and families.


• Capability to work in high-pressure environments, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in busy clinical settings.


• Valid nursing registration/license as per applicable regulatory body, with a recognized degree or diploma in Nursing.


• Experience in multispeciality or hospital settings is preferred; exposure to critical care, medical-surgical, or emergency units is an advantage.
