Job summary

Formulaic Engineers in Ahmedabad is seeking an experienced Regional Technical Manager to lead mortgage valuation operations across the assigned region. You will ensure report quality, regulatory compliance, timely delivery, and effective team performance.

Reporting to the Head Mortgage Valuations / CEO, the role requires strong leadership of regional engineers, technical managers, and drafters, along with risk management and client management to drive regional business growth.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• 7+ years of experience in Mortgage Valuation.
• Experience valuations for Banks, NBFCs, HFCs, and ARCs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage regional mortgage valuation operations.
• Review and approve valuation reports for accuracy, quality, and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to RBI/IBA guidelines, bank/NBFC requirements, SOPs, and TATs.
• Handle complex technical cases and resolve client/bank escalations.
• Conduct report audits and field inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate technical and valuation-related risks.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor Regional Engineers, Technical Managers, and Drafters.
• Allocate work and drive team productivity, quality, and TAT performance.
• Support client management, operational improvement, and regional business growth.
