ExxonMobil is seeking an experienced recruiter to join our global team, driving competitive advantage through people. You will translate business strategy into high-impact hiring plans and act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders.

You will craft and execute end-to-end search strategies, partner with business leaders, and demonstrate transformational change capabilities in a fast-paced environment. Advanced English and a proactive, delivery-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• BA Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 5 to 10 years of progressive Recruiting experience across industries and functions; O&G is a plus.
• Experience with sourcing tools and recruitment technology, ATS and CRM, dashboards, analytics & reporting.
• Advanced English proficiency.

What you will do

• You will quickly cultivate an understanding of ExxonMobil’s businesses and relationships with senior leaders to understand their critical hiring needs
• Be a trusted strategic advisor to ExxonMobil’s leaders to ensure process rigor and efficiency in the pursuit of attracting and acquiring the best talent for the company
• You will develop and execute comprehensive search strategies with your business leaders to ensure an efficient and polished process for hiring managers and candidates alike

About you

Skills and Qualifcations

• BA Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• 5 to 10 years of progressive Recruiting experience across a variety of industries and functions. Experience in O&G is plus.
• Experienced and comfortable using sourcing tools & recruitment technology, ATS and CRM, recruitment dashboards, analytics & reporting tools Language requirement
• Advanced English
• Experienced and comfortable sourcing independently and creatively (i.e. beyond LinkedIn) as well as partnering with a sourcer to find the best talent for our roles
• Comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful and solution-oriented
• Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, adaptability, and ability to prioritize
• A positive attitude with dedication to problem solving and delivery
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
• Passionate about people and a natural instinct to help others, go above and beyond, and think ahead
• Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback
