Job description

Key Result Areas

• Driving sales via various partners for TPD sales
  • Continuous interaction with brokers and other intermediaries
  • Obtaining quote requests from the market and delivering them on time to the client/partners
  • Periodic tracking of business volumes and growth; seeking and ensuring support from stakeholders to achieve business targets
• Partner engagement and acquisitions
  • Understand market dynamics and the offerings of other manufacturers to channel partners
  • Take regular feedback from channel partners to help innovate products and provide solutions at an organizational level
  • Pursue client‑specific requirements along with channel partners to support conversion
  • Manage a pipeline to achieve desired numbers and continuously update the same
• P&L management
  • Manage overall P&L of the portfolio and deliver planned business output in the desired product mix and quality
  • Work with the product team to focus on conversions and retention of profitable clients
  • Track business growth weekly and seek support from stakeholders toward closure of business
• Enable sales force for productivity and retention
  • Ensure communication of progressive plans and incentives, thereby aligning expectations of the team and incentivizing optimal performance

  • Decipher client requirements, pain points, and opportunity areas
  • Provide need‑based solutions to clients to increase stickiness
  • Build and strengthen relationships across stakeholders within the company and with partners to ensure that the offering meets expectations
