Job summary

Pinkerton, a global risk management leader, seeks a Regional Program Manager to develop, drive, and scale regional security projects worldwide, leveraging energy and entrepreneurial spirit.

The role leads APAC initiatives, coordinates cross-region programs, and drives continuous improvement in security controls and incident response, with travel as required. You will report to Corporate Security and collaborate with regional operations to deliver world-class security programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with ten years professional exposure in a corporate security role and end-to-end project management experience within a large company or government organization which included global engagement.
• Proficient English skills, both written and spoken.
• Secondary regional language, other than English, is advantageous.
• Familiar with corporate/public sector security environment, physical security systems and technology.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strategic as well as a critical thinker.
• Self- motivated.
• Able to work independently or as an effective team member.
• Attentive to detail and accuracy.

• Support day-to-day operational management as a pivotal member of the regional operations team.
