Job summary

Pinkerton seeks a Site Operations Manager to govern site security operations, ensure compliance, manage performance, and support audits, investigations, and improvement programs.

The role requires coordinating with Facilities/HR/EHS/IT/InfoSec, conducting risk assessments, reviews, and drills, and leading incident investigations. Travel may be required. This is a client-facing, enterprise risk management position within a global security services firm.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton’s values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Governance & standardization: maintain SOPs, post orders, escalation matrix and training content; ensure standard reporting.
• Compliance & audit: conduct daily/weekly/monthly reviews; lead internal audits and support external audits
• Risk management: perform vulnerability reviews; recommend mitigations for IT-specific risks (after-hours access, asset loss, insider threat physical factors)
• Training & capability: manage training plan and tracker; run drills; coach SSIs and supervisors
• Incident investigation: lead/assist investigations; prepare RCA and CAPA; maintain incident metrics and trend dashboards.
• Stakeholder support: coordinate with Facilities/HR/EHS/IT/InfoSec; support events and escalations; liaise with authorities per protocol.
• All other duties, as assigned.

• Risk Assessment / Vulnerability Review (frequency as agreed).
• Training & Drill Report (plan vs completion, outcomes, improvement actions).
