Job summary

Pinkerton's Site Operations Manager governs site security operations, assures compliance, manages performance, and supports the Site Security Head in audits, risk assessments, investigations, and improvement programs.

Responsibilities include governance of SOPs and post orders, escalation matrices, training content, and reporting; risk management through vulnerability reviews; incident investigations with RCA and CAPA; and liaison with Facilities, HR, EHS, IT and InfoSec.

• Compliance & audit: conduct daily/weekly/monthly reviews; lead internal audits and support external audits
• Risk management: perform vulnerability reviews; recommend mitigations for IT-specific risks (after-hours access, asset loss, insider threat physical factors)
• Training & capability: manage training plan and tracker; run drills; coach SSIs and supervisors
• Incident investigation: lead/assist investigations; prepare RCA and CAPA; maintain incident metrics and trend dashboards.
• Stakeholder support: coordinate with Facilities/HR/EHS/IT/InfoSec; support events and escalations; liaise with authorities per protocol.
• All other duties, as assigned.

• Monthly Security Performance Report (KPIs, incident metrics, compliance scorecards, CAPA status
• Risk Assessment / Vulnerability Review (frequency as agreed).
• Training & Drill Report (plan vs completion, outcomes, improvement actions).
