• Act as the senior escalation point for operational procurement issues.
• Build strong relationships with Fleet Managers, General Managers, Finance and other stakeholders.
• Develop team capability, succession planning and leadership effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, controls, approved supplier requirements and audit standards.
• Drive implementation of Project Streamline and support automation, standardization and process improvements.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks that could impact procurement performance.
• Reliable procurement service delivery.

The position reports to the Vice President Procurement. **Purpose of the Role** The Regional Procurement Operations Manager is accountable for ensuring Procurement Operations delivers a reliable, efficient and consistent service.
