As we scale with advanced technologies, cleanroom manufacturing, and an expanding product portfolio, we are seeking a Regional Operations Manager who can drive end-to-end operational performance — ensuring productivity, product quality, service reliability, and cost efficiency across the region.

What You Will Lead

• Daily operations across plants, labs & service centers — ensuring consistent productivity & safety standards
• Production planning support and order fulfillment — from order intake to final dispatch
• Real-time visibility and control on inventory, workflow status & delivery performance
• Strong coordination with Quality, SCM, Production & Customer Service teams
• Standardization of operating procedures and continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitoring operating costs and driving waste reduction & efficiency improvement
• People leadership — capability development, performance governance & team engagement
• Risk and issue management to ensure uninterrupted operations and compliance readiness

Job Objectives

To own and drive end to end operations within the assigned region, ensuring delivery excellence, operational discipline and cost efficiency. The role provides hands‑on leadership and execution oversight across plants, labs and service locations.

Roles & Responsibilities

Operations Oversight

• Lead day to day operations across labs, plants, and service centre’s in the assigned areas.
• Ensure operational consistency, service reliability, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Identify performance bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis, and drive on‑ground corrective actions.
• Ensure seamless coordination across functions, Production, Quality, Dispatch etc. for end to end delivery fulfilment.

Supply Chain & Dispatch Coordination

• Oversee complete order fulfilment cycle within the region from order processing to final dispatch and delivery confirmation.
• Maintain real time tracking of material flow, stock visibility and dispatch performance.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and central SCM to ensure on time and accurate deliveries.
• Ensure operational readiness during surges, expansions and new product launches.

Labs & Quality Oversight

• Supervise regional lab operations ensuring adherence to testing protocols, accuracy standards and turnaround timelines.
• Partner with lab leads and central quality teams to ensure uniformity of standards and data integrity.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance and process reliability.
• Monitor regional operating costs and implement initiatives for cost efficiency and waste reduction.
• Support timely collections and payment processes in coordination with Finance and Central Operations.
• Ensure adherence to financial discipline and contribute to regional profitability metrics

People & Performance Management

• Lead, coach and mentor the regional operations team to build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Define clear goals and monitor performance using objective KPIs.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Operations or related discipline, MBA preferred.

Years and Nature of Experience

• 8-10 years in Operations management, in Indian start‑ups or high growth tech sectors.
• Proven ability to establish operational systems, processes and team from scratch.
