Role Overview

The role involves conducting meaningful interactions and surveys with diverse stakeholders to gather, process and analyze data related to socioeconomic and political aspects across regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Stay updated with social, economic, political and governmental development
• Conduct interactive discussions with stakeholders such as teachers, government employees, sarpanch/municipal members, retired professionals, doctors and social workers
• Manage end-to-end data collection, compilation and analysis
• Derive insights from primary research activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of Kannada and English
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Law, Economics, Statistics, Mass Communication, Science, Social Sciences or Social Work
• Master’s degree is preferred
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in primary research, data analysis, operations, workforce management, sales or business development
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications
• Salary range: Negotiable up to 6 LPA based on experience and current salary
