ગાંધીનગર ખાતે ડેટા સંશોધન અને વર્કફોર્સ મેનેજમેન્ટમાં કાર્યો માટે ગુજરાતીમાં ઉત્કૃષ્ટ સંચાર કુશળતા આવશ્યક છે. આ પદમાં સર્ક્યુલર તર્ક સાથે વિસ્તૃત ગવર્નન્સ નું સમન્વય કરવું પડશે.

આ પદ Any graduate માટે ખુલ્લો છે અને MS-Excel જેવા ટૂલ્સનો જાણીતા જ્ઞાન જરૂરી છે. 2+ વર્ષનો પ્રાથમિક સંશોધન/ડેટા વિશ્લેષણ વચ્ચેનો અનુભવ યોગ્ય હોય શકે.

Qualifications

• ગુજરાતી ભાષામાં ઉત્તમ સંચાર અને સંવાદ કુશળતા જરૂરી
• કોઈપણ ગ્રેજ્યુએટ અરજી કરી શકે
• સંશોધન, ડેટા વિશ્લેષણ, ઓપરેશન્સ, વર્કફોર્સ મેનેજમેન્ટ, સેલ્સ/બિઝનેસ ડેવલપમેન્ટમાં 2+ વર્ષનો અનુભવ અનુમાનિત પણ ફરમાવવું નથી
• MS-Excel નો જ્ઞાન જોઈએ

Responsibilities

• સોશિયલ, આર્થિક, રાજકીય અને સરકારસંભવિત વિકાસ સાથે તબદીલી માટે આગેવાની નક્કી કરવી
• સર્વે માટે વિચારોના નેતૃત્વ સાથે Q&A સત્રોનું આયોજન અને સંચાલન
• ડેટા સંગ્રહ, સંકલન અને વિશ્લેષણ કરવાની જવાબદારી

Job description

Work Location: Gandhinagar

Language: Gujarati - Read, write and spoke fluency is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Stay current with social, economic, political, and governmental developments for proactive pivoting of survey strategies.
• Own and drive interactive Q&A with thought leaders from all walks of the society, such as teachers, govt. employees, Sarpanch/ municipal council members, retired denizens, doctors, social workers, etc. to gain an all round understanding of contemporary conditions across geographies and demographics.
• Manage data collection, compilation and analysis.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and engaging skills with impeccable command/fluency in Gujarati Language (Natives from rural areas of Gujarat will be preferred).
• Any graduate can apply
• 2+ years of post-qualification experience in Primary Research, Data Analysis, Operations, Workforce Management, Sales and Business Development roles will be considered preferred, but not mandatory.
• A decent knowledge of computers especially MS-Excel.
