Job summary

Peoplemint Consultants seeks a Regional Head-BBG for a leading bank in Indore. You will lead the BBG regional business, drive MSME asset and liability growth, and manage regional P&L with focus on credit quality.

You will oversee Cluster Managers, Area Sales Managers, and Branch Heads, build MSME client relationships, and monitor underwriting, NPAs, and recovery. MBA/CA preferred; 12-20+ years in Banking are required.

Qualifications

• 12-20+ years in Business Banking, SME/Commercial Banking, or Corporate Banking.
• Graduate required; MBA/CA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BBG business for the region by driving MSME asset & liability growth and regional P&L management.
• Ensure credit quality, regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and risk governance across the region.
• Build and grow relationships with MSME and business banking clients through branch and sales channels.
• Monitor portfolio quality, credit underwriting, NPAs, and recovery performance.
• Lead, coach, and drive productivity of regional BBG sales and branch teams.
• Increase cross-sell of Trade Finance, Forex, CMS, and other fee-based banking products.

• Lead, coach, and drive productivity of regional BBG sales and branch teams.

Candidate Profile
