ASCENTIS is seeking a Senior Business Development & P&L Leader in Bengaluru to drive regional revenue, lead project management delivery, and oversee teams across multiple projects. You will own the P&L, manage pricing and margins, and coordinate mobility and recruitment.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in construction project management with at least 5 years in a leadership or P&L role.
• BArch, BE, or BTech; post-graduate degree is a plus.
• Demonstrated business development track record with an established network across developers, hospitality groups, and institutional clients.
• International experience (>3 yrs) is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects through pre-construction phase.

BusinessDevelopment & P&L Management

Requirements

Required Education & Experience

• BArch, BE,or BTech. Post-graduate degree is a plus.
