Role & responsibilities

• Underwriting of Home Loans/Home Equity proposals recommended by ACMs beyond their delegation of powers


• Ensure compliance of the Policy, Processes and Statutory guidelines for their zone


• Maintaining the highest standard on the quality of appraisals


• Will also be responsible for performance of the portfolio of their zone


• Regular meetings and engagements with customers and vendors at their business premises

Preferred candidate profile

• Chartered Accountant Qualified / Tiered MBA with extensive experience underwriting Mortgage


• Experienced handling high volume & big ticket size
