A Day in the Life

As a Regional Controller, you will be a key financial architect for a Brand or Channel in Mumbai. This is a dynamic role where you will take full ownership of the PL, acting as a true business partner to the commercial and marketing teams across multiple divisions to drive financial performance and sustainable growth.

You will be responsible for:

• PL Management:Taking end-to-end financial responsibility for the business PL, driving gross margins, and ensuring every line item is reviewed and optimized.
• Business Partnership:Working closely with business teams to enable them to achieve their objectives, providing timely analysis and strategic inputs to drive an ROI-focused mindset.
• Forecasting Reporting:Preparing and presenting budgets and trends, ensuring timely monthly closings, and delivering full analysis of all performance drivers.
• Process Compliance:Driving the implementation of finance policies, ensuring all processes are followed, and supporting internal control audits.

We Are Looking For

You are a Cost Accountant / Chartered Accountant / MBA from a top-tier institute with an experienced background in the FMCG/FMCD/ Pharma sector. You are a solution-oriented professional with a strong understanding of the commercial environment.
