Job summary

Alstom Transportation is seeking a full-time Regional Business Process Expert - Finance in Bangalore. You will lead financial process improvements and training across multiple teams, ensuring smooth implementation and optimization of regional business processes.

You will collaborate with Business Process Owners, Material Planning, Procurement Key Users, IS&T referees, and the GSI Project team, monitor incidents, provide training, and drive KPI-based improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering degree required.
• Experience or understanding of SAP Finance (FI/CO/PC).
• Knowledge of BI and QlikSense.
• Familiarity with SAP MM integration with SD/PP/PM/FI/CO.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Key Users within your region.
• Monitor incidents and defects raised by sites.
• Propose process upgrades and solutions to Global Business Process Owners.
• Animate and sustain the Regional Key User networks.
• Assess Key User competencies and manage their skill development.
• Manage usage control and ensure proper system utilization.

Job Summary

Could you be the full-time Regional Business Process Expert - Finance we're looking for

Location: Bangalore

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and operational leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and skilled teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless implementation and optimization of business processes in your region. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as Business Process Owners, Material Planning and Procurement Key Users, IS&T referees, and the GSI Project team), monitor incidents and defects raised by sites, provide training and support to Key Users, and much more.

You'll specifically take care of developing training sessions and coaching Key Users during implementations, but also validating training guides and consolidating performance indicators to drive improvements.
