Job summary

Orkla India seeks a seasoned Digital Transformation Analyst to streamline Finance & HR processes across locations. You will drive requirement workshops, create BRDs, and coordinate UAT while aligning business needs with SAP FICO enhancements.

You will engage with internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to implement scalable digital solutions including Power Platform and Power BI, ensuring governance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in digital transformation, business process improvements, Business Analyst, SAP FICO or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience in independently driving stakeholder discussions, requirement workshops, process improvement initiatives, solution evaluation, and implementation activities.
• Exposure to Power Platform or similar digital solutions is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Improve and streamline Finance & HR processes across locations and functions.
• Manage regular communication with internal stakeholders, functional teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct requirement gathering discussions with business and functional teams to understand process needs, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain BRD, functional specifications, process flows, meeting notes, and other project-related documentation.
• Maintain project plans, issue trackers, action logs, risk registers, and status updates to ensure timely visibility and follow-up.
• Evaluate digital solutions, platforms, and tools based on business requirements, process fitment, usability, scalability, and implementation feasibility.
• Support solution design discussions by ensuring alignment between business requirements and proposed technical solutions.
• Coordinate UAT and ensure timely closure of issues before go-live.
• Support post-implementation monitoring, user feedback collection, issue resolution, change requests, and user training wherever required.
• Drive adoption of digital tools by supporting training coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, documentation standards, approval processes, and internal compliance requirements.
• Track project budgets, licenses, vendor performance, and contract-related activities.
• Work closely with Finance teams on SAP FICO processes and support SAP FICO enhancements, process improvements, and issue resolution in coordination with business users and support partner.

Drive automation opportunities within SAP FICO and integrate SAP processes with non-SAP applications used across Finance and HR functions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 4- 6 years of experience in digital transformation, business process improvements, Business Analyst, SAP FICO or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience in independently driving stakeholder discussions, requirement workshops, process improvement initiatives, solution evaluation, and implementation activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with Finance systems, HRMS, workflow tools, or low-code/no-code platforms.
• Exposure to SAP FICO implementation, support, enhancement or transformation projects will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to Power Platform, Zoho, Kissflow, Power BI, or similar digital solutions will be an advantage .
