Greencell Mobility invites an experienced Regional Business Head to drive end-to-end electric mobility solutions across government-led projects in the South (Hyderabad) and North (Gurgaon). You will own operational performance, service delivery, and stakeholder management across STUs and other agencies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading B2G operations in EV/public mobility.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Lead and oversee operations for the entire B2G operations, ensuring uptime of electric buses across project sites.
• Project Delivery: Manage execution of public transport contracts, including vehicle delivery, infrastructure setup, and service launches.
• Government Liaison: Build and maintain relationships with government stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Contract Management: Ensure SLAs, manage KPIs, and address contractual obligations.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Work with Engineering, Fleet Management, Finance, and Legal teams for seamless execution.
• Efficiency Optimization: Drive operational efficiency through automation, process improvements, and lean practices.
• Budgeting & Cost Control: Track project budgets, manage cost centers, ensure financial discipline.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead on-ground operations and depot teams across regions.
• Risk Mitigation: Anticipate and manage risks related to timelines, compliance, and service delivery.

We are looking to hire a seasoned professional for the position of Regional Business Head to lead the execution and delivery of electric mobility solutions across government-led projects . The role will be based in South (Hyderabad, preferred) and North (Gurgaon, preferred) and will have end-to-end ownership of operational performance, service delivery, and stakeholder management across contracts with State Transport Undertakings (STUs) and other government agencies in the South region.

Role & responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Lead and oversee the operations for the entire B2Goperations, ensuring efficient deployment and uptime of electric buses across all project sites.
• Project Delivery: Manage and oversee execution of public transport contracts, including vehicle delivery, infrastructure setup, and service launch.
• Government Liaison: Build and maintain relationships with government stakeholders (State Transport Departments, Urban Local Bodies, etc.) to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Contract Management: Ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs), manage KPIs, and address contractual obligations.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Work with Engineering, Fleet Management, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure seamless execution and issue resolution.
• Efficiency Optimization: Drive operational efficiency through automation, process improvement, and lean practices across depots.
• Budgeting & Cost Control: Track project-level budgets, manage cost centers, and ensure financial discipline in operations.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing on-ground operations and depot management team across regions.
• Risk Mitigation: Anticipate and manage risks related to project timelines, compliance, and service delivery.
