Job summary

IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a Regional Branch Operations & Service Manager to maintain robust operational and service compliance across urban branches. The role involves regular ROSM visits, gap closure with branches, and driving improvements in service and operational metrics.

You will train branches, monitor critical parameters, and collaborate with regional SPOC for new branch launches, aiming for high internal audit scores and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Graduation in engineering/technology, maths, commerce, arts, science, business, computers or management.
• Post-graduation MBA/PGDM required or preferred.
• Experience: 5-10 years in a similar domain.

Responsibilities

• Branch Audit for Operations & Service Compliance.
• Close coordination with branches to close identified gaps.
• Monitor critical service and operational parameters via remote monitoring.
• Ensure branches are visited per plan and improve internal audit scores.
• Train branches to improve operational compliance and efficiency.
• Drive region-wide initiatives to achieve good Branch Operational & Service Index scores.
• Support Region & Branch SPOC for new branch setup & launches.
• Take up regional projects to drive improvements in operations & service areas.

Role/Job Title: Regional Branch Operations & Service Manager.
Function/Department: Regional Operations & Service Management.

Job Purpose:

The role will help the organization and unit in maintaining a robust operational & service compliance culture at all the urban branches by ensuring regular branch visits to identify Gap, areas of improvement and working closely with the branch to close the same.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Branch Audit for Operations & Service Compliance.
• Work closely with branches to ensure that all gaps identified during the ROSM visit are closed by the branch.
• Monitor branch on critical service and operational parameters through remote monitoring of critical transactions.
• Ensure all the branches are visited for assessment as per the plan.
• Work closely with the branches to ensure that they secure a good score in internal audit rating.
• Conduct Training programs for branches to improve operational compliance and efficiency at branches
• Drive and work with the branches in the region to secure a good score on the Branch Operational & Service Index.
• Render support and guide Region & Branch SPOC for new branch preparation & launch.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Take up regional-level projects to drive improvement in various operations & service areas.
• TAT, FTR complaint resolution, Timely and correct reporting on critical operations parameters.

Managerial & leadership responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Management & Timely Completion of the Tasks.

Educational Qualifications:

Graduation: Bachelor’s in engineering / Technology / Math’s / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Engineering / Management.

Post-graduation: MBA, PGDM.

Experience: 5-10 Years of similar domain experience.
