Job summary

Eruditus - Daskalos is seeking an Associate Outreach to support enrolment growth by engaging with schools, colleges, counsellors, and education partners. The role focuses on executing outreach plans, managing stakeholder relationships, and coordinating with admissions, marketing, and academic teams.

The candidate will travel to feeder institutions, conduct information sessions, and help convert leads through the enrolment funnel while maintaining CRM records and adhering to brand and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in student recruitment or education sales.
• Experience with school outreach, college engagement, partnerships, or student counselling preferred.

Responsibilities

Role Summary

The Associate – Outreach will support the execution of outreach initiatives to build relationships with schools, colleges, counsellors, and other key education stakeholders. The role will contribute to student enrolment growth by driving on-ground engagement, expanding institutional networks, and ensuring effective coordination with internal teams across admissions, marketing, and academic functions.

This is an execution-focused role suited to a candidate with strong relationship-building skills, a proactive approach to outreach, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and activities in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of outreach and institutional engagement plans aligned with enrolment goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with school counsellors, principals, coordinators, and college representatives.
• Conduct outreach activities including school and college visits, presentations, workshops, fairs, open houses, and information sessions.
• Identify and support onboarding new feeder institutions and emerging outreach opportunities across assigned regions.
• Generate, track, and manage leads through outreach activities in coordination with admissions and counselling teams.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective students and support movement of leads through the application and enrolment funnel.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, leads, conversions, and institution-wise performance in CRM systems.
• Share market feedback and on-ground insights to help improve outreach effectiveness and partner engagement.
• Represent the organisation professionally while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, compliance standards, and ethical practices.

Candidate Profile

• Good understanding of student recruitment, outreach, admissions, or education sales processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build and sustain working relationships with institutional stakeholders.
• Comfortable with field travel, event-based engagement, and a target-driven work environment.
• Strong execution discipline, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Basic proficiency in CRM tools, reporting, and data tracking.

Qualifications and Experience
