The role involves operating and monitoring the Soya Oil Refinery plant, managing degumming, neutralization, bleaching and deodorization, and ensuring product quality and safety standards. Willing to work in rotational shifts and coordinate with maintenance teams.

Qualifications

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Soya Refinery Operator having hands‑on experience in Soybean / Edible Oil Refinery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the Soya Oil Refinery plant.
• Handle Degumming, Neutralization, Bleaching and Deodorization processes.
• Monitor temperature, pressure, vacuum and other process parameters.
• Operate refinery equipment such as Separators, Filters, Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Bleachers and Deodorizers.
• Maintain required oil quality as per production standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot process/equipment issues.
• Maintain daily production and shift operation records.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality teams.
• Follow all Safety, SOP and housekeeping requirements.
• Ensure smooth and efficient plant operation with minimum downtime.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Soya / Edible Oil Refinery operations.
• Good knowledge of the Crude Soya Oil Refining Process.
• Hands‑on experience in refinery plant equipment and process control.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred Industry:

Soybean Processing / Solvent Extraction / Edible Oil Refinery / Vegetable Oil Industry
