Responsibilities

• Strategic Talent Mapping & Sourcing: lead pan-India commercial hiring for Sales & Marketing and executive search for leadership roles.
• Business Partnership: partner with founders, business leaders, and sales leadership to define hiring strategies.
• Recruitment Operations: improve recruitment KPIs, manage vendors, and maintain ATS data integrity.
• Employer Branding: strengthen the employer brand within the MedTech ecosystem and deliver a great candidate experience.

The Company is looking for a strategic Recruitment Manager to lead talent acquisition across India, focusing on leadership and commercial hiring. The role involves executive search, talent mapping, stakeholder management, employer branding, and recruitment analytics.

Strategic Talent Mapping & Sourcing

• Lead pan-India commercial hiring for Sales & Marketing.
• Manage end-to-end executive search for leadership roles.
• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, and industry forums.

Business Partnership

• Partner with founders, business leaders, and sales leadership.
• Conduct intake meetings and define hiring strategies for leadership positions.

Recruitment Operations

Improve recruitment KPIs:

• Time-to-Hire
• Cost-per-Hire
• Quality of Hire
• Source Mix
• Manage recruitment vendors and search firms.
• Maintain ATS data integrity and reporting.

Employer Branding

• Strengthen the employer brand within the MedTech ecosystem.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.
