What you will do as Recruitment Executive – Fixed Salary + Incentives

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, databases, social media and other channels. Understand client job requirements and identify suitable candidates. Conduct initial candidate screening and telephonic interviews. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Achieve daily, weekly and monthly recruitment targets. Build and maintain a strong candidate network.
