We are looking for smart, confident and curious people to join our recruitment team. You will work on live hiring mandates, research companies and roles, find relevant candidates, speak with mid-to-senior professionals and assess their fit for different opportunities.

You will get exposure to different businesses, senior professionals and how leading companies hire important talent.

Prior recruitment experience is not required. We are open to candidates with 0-2 years of experience from recruitment, sales, business development, research or other client-facing roles.

Location: Mayur Vihar, Delhi
Work Model: Hybrid, 2 days in office
Compensation: ₹30,000-₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and current compensation.
