Job summary

Sistema.bio is a global social enterprise in Pune, India, seeking a Recruitment Associate to attract and onboard top talent as per the Hiring Plan. You will source, interview, hire and onboard employees, while promoting the Sistema.bio brand and using BambooHR for end-to-end recruitment.

Reporting to the VP-People India, you will build a strong talent pipeline, coordinate with managers, and manage lifecycle activities for contract staff, in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Human Resources, especially Talent Acquisition.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; Hindi is a plus.
• Experience in sourcing candidates through different networks.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and application.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs for full-time and contract-based roles.
• Develop and implement a Hiring Plan with timelines.
• Manage a sourcing pipeline across channels and measure sourcing channels.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, including experience with our ATS BambooHR.
• Support field recruitment with techops and sales teams as needed.
• Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle for contract staff, including onboarding, records, payroll, and compliance.

Your mission at Sistema.bio

Reporting to the VP-People India, the Recruitment Associate will recruit and onboard top talent into Sistema.bio efficiently, while promoting the Sistema.bio brand. He/she will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees into the company as per the Hiring Plan.

You’ll be in charge of:

• Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs for full-time and contract-based employees across different areas and departments.
• Developing a Hiring Plan and ensuring its implementation as per the timelines.
• Project managing the hiring plan by building and maintaining a database of online channels, professional networks and other sources to recruit efficiently for both full-time and contract roles, and leveraging metrics to validate sourcing channels and advise on the turnaround time for closing a position.
• Championing the Sistema.bio recruitment process, covering full-time and contract hiring end to end, and mastering our internal ATS (BambooHR), while onboarding and managing candidates to provide the best experience possible.
• Supporting field recruitment with the techops and sales teams by building best practices, running examples and going to the field when needed.
• Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle for contract employees through to the exit process, including but not limited to onboarding, employee records, grievances, attendance management and payroll, statutory compliances, contractor management, agreement revisions and finalizations, and audit support.

More about YOU:

Education:

Bachelor in Management, HR, or any relevant field

Key Experiences & Skills:

• 3-6 year of experience in Human Resources, especially Talent Acquisition
• Experience in sourcing candidates through different networks
• Bonus for Experience in human resource analytics
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to develop and manage various recruitment initiatives/projects
• Good understanding of HR best practices and application of the same
• Fluent in English
• Bonus for another language as Hindi
