PadCare is hiring a Talent Acquisition professional to anchor end-to-end recruitment for corporate roles and coordinate on-ground hiring in Pune. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced execution, coordination, and people interaction, and is looking to build a strong HR foundation within a mission-driven startup.

You will support HR admin and employee lifecycle initiatives as needed, driving hiring efficiency and a positive candidate experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in HR, with exposure to recruitment and operations.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously.
• High ownership and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for PadCare (sourcing to offer rollout) — corporate and on-ground hiring.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen profiles, schedule interviews, and ensure smooth candidate experience.
• Drive closure of positions within defined timelines.
• Coordinate blue-collar hiring through vendors/partners.
• Track hiring progress, ensure fulfillment against requirements, and maintain vendor follow-ups.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring dashboards.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates, vendors, and internal teams.
• Support with HR admin & operations as and when required.
