Job summary

Sampoorna Consultants is seeking a Record-to-Report Team Lead in Pune to oversee month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting. You will lead RTR activities, ensure accuracy, and coordinate with stakeholders across finance teams.

The role requires strong accounting fundamentals, GAAP knowledge, and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. Prior experience with intercompany and asset accounting is plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and review RTR activities and month-end close.
• Ensure accurate ledger accounting and reporting.
• Coordinate intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
• Oversee fixed asset, payroll, and expense accounting processes.
• Manage VAT and statutory reporting and Local GAAP compliance.
• Support consolidation, depreciation, leases, and accruals.
