Job summary

Bureau Veritas India Pvt. Ltd. in Noida Sector 62 is seeking an experienced Record to Report (R2R) General Ledger Accountant to independently manage GL activities in our FA finance team.

The role requires 6-8 years in finance and accounting, strong IFRS knowledge, and hands-on ERP experience (SAP or Oracle). You will handle GL bookings, accruals, tax entries, reconciliations, and depreciation calculations.

Responsibilities

• Booking GL transactions including PPE & depreciation.
• Booking accruals, prepayments, and audit adjustment journals.
• Booking tax transactions and statutory entries.
• Calculating and booking provisions IFRS 9 and IAS 19 (Retraite).
• Performing Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Accounting for asset sale, scrap, and retirement.
• Calculating and posting asset depreciation.

Job Summary We are hiring an experienced General Ledger professional to independently handle R2R GL activities

Key Responsibilities

General Ledger:

• Booking GL transactions including PPE & depreciation

Requirements:

• 38 years relevant experience with ability to work independently
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Nigerian statutory requirements
• Hands-on experience in ERP (SAP/Oracle preferred)
