Job summary

Ventures Hrd Centre in Gurugram seeks a finance professional to drive end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, including general ledger accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.

You will ensure accuracy of financial data, support reporting compliance, perform variance analysis, and assist audits while driving efficiency and stronger controls across the finance function.

Qualifications

• Experience performing end-to-end R2R processes including GL accounting, journal entries, reconciliations and month‑end close.
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and adherence to reporting standards and controls.
• Perform variance analysis and provide audit support to improve processes.

Responsibilities
