Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Record to Report Ops Specialist with 7–11 years of experience to join the Finance Operations vertical. You will collect operational data, perform analyses, and reconcile transactions to help prepare and report accounts.

The role requires a strong understanding of R2R, excellent communication, and team management abilities. A B.Com along with MBA/CA/CMA is preferred, and MS Office proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• B.Com or higher degree required in commerce or related field.
• 7–11 years of experience in finance and accounting, specifically R2R processes.

Responsibilities

• Strong verbal communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Deep understanding of the record-to-report process and reconciliations.
• Oversee process transition and manage SLA/KPIs.
• Ensure accuracy of ledgers and timely reporting.
• Proficient in MS Office and data analysis.

What would you do?

• You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
• It covers the steps involved in preparing and reporting the overall accounts which are typically stored in a general or nominal ledger and managed by a Controller.
• A Finance and Accounting (F&A) management process which involves collecting, processing and delivering relevant, timely and accurate information used for providing strategic, financial and operational feedback to understand how a business is performing.
