Accenture is seeking a Record to Report Ops Specialist to join our Finance Operations. The role focuses on collecting operational data, reporting, performing analyses, and reconciling transactions to determine financial outcomes.

The candidate will contribute to a Finance and Accounting process that delivers timely, accurate information for strategic and operational insights. A Graduation is required, and prior R2R experience is essential.

What would you do?

• You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
• You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
• A Finance and Accounting (F&A) management process which involves collecting, processing and delivering relevant, timely and accurate information used for providing strategic, financial and operational feedback to understand how a business is performing.
• It covers the steps involved in preparing and reporting the overall accounts which are typically stored in a general or nominal ledger and managed by a Controller.

Roles and Responsibilities

• In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems.

• Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor.
• May interact with peers and or management levels at a client and or within Accenture.
• Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments.
• Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside.
• Individual would manage small teams and or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
