Accenture PLC is seeking an experienced Record to Report Ops Analyst in Jaipur. You will be aligned with Finance Operations, collecting operational data, performing analyses, and reconciling transactions to safeguard balance sheet integrity and timely close.

The role involves adherence to SOX controls and supporting monthly close activities. Applicants should have 3–5 years of experience and a graduation, with strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills to drive process improvements

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in Record to Report / accounting and financial reporting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong SOX/compliance awareness.

Mansioni

• Manage client operations ensuring timely, accurate delivery and SLAs/KPIs.
• Post journal entries, prepare reports, review reconciliations.
• Support month-end closing, banking, fixed assets, and intercompany accounting.

What would you do?

• You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. The Record to Report team helps clients and organizations in their operational efficiency and balance sheet integrity, cuts time to close and safeguards compliance with SOX and other control requirements.
• A set of international accounting standards stating how particular types of transactions and other events should be reported in financial statements.

Generally, interacts with peers and or management levels at a client and or within Accenture. Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams.

• Posting journal entries, preparing reports, Reviewing entries and reconciliations
• Supporting month-end closing activities including banking, fixed assets and intercompany accounting
• Preparing balance sheet reconciliations
• Preparing cash forecasting statements
