Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Record to Report Ops Manager with 13 to 18 years of experience in India. The role focuses on Intercompany Accounting within the Finance Operations vertical, aligning financial outcomes by collecting data, performing analysis and reconciling transactions.

The candidate will work with senior management, handle complex problems, and may participate in rotational shifts as part of delivering client projects across entities in the Group.

Qualifications

• Must have BCom with extensive experience in Intercompany Accounting.
• Experience in managing client projects and coordinating with teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for financial processes.

What would you do

• You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
• Intercompany accounting is the recording of financial transactions between two different entities that are related by the same parent company.

What are we looking for

• Primary skill - Intercompany Accounting - P5
• Secondary skill - Client Project Management - P4

Roles and Responsibilities

• In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility.
• The person would create solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Requires adherence to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals.
• Interaction of the individual is with senior management at a client and or within Accenture, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach.
• Some latitude in decision-making in involved.
• You will act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
• Decisions made by this role have a major day-to-day impact on area of responsibility.
• The person manages large - medium sized teams and or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
