Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking an Records to Report Operations Associate to support Finance Operations. You will collect operational data, perform reconciliations, and contribute to financial outcomes in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

The role requires a BCom degree with 1–3 years of experience, and may involve rotational shifts as part of a busy, service-delivery operation.

Qualifications

• BCom degree required.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant accounting/finance operations experience.
• Experience with accounts receivable/payable or general ledger processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Aligned with Finance Operations to determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports and reconciling transactions.
• Implement client account plans through relationship development and opportunity pursuit to build stronger client relationships.
• Monitor existing services to identify opportunities for additional value delivery.

What would you do?

• You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
• Implement client account plans through relationship development and opportunity pursuits that builds deeper client relationships.
• Includes monitoring existing services to identify opportunities that provide additional and innovative value to the client.
