Accenture PLC in Navi Mumbai is seeking an Record to Report Ops Associate to support Finance Operations by collecting data, performing reconciliations, and assisting with accurate balance sheet reporting.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience, a BCom or any graduation, strong Excel skills and solid accounting fundamentals. Rotational shifts may be involved, and you will work as part of a focused team.

What would you do?

• You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
• Good excel and accounting skills required
• Involves balancing all balance sheet accounts against sub-ledger or other non-general ledger based source data to verify whether the balance sheet accounts are in balance with the source system feeding the general ledger.
• Differences which arise are addressed as reconciling items.
