Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Record to Report Operations Analyst in India who will join our Finance Operations vertical. You will be aligned with the record to report process, collecting operational data reports, performing analyses and reconciling transactions to determine accurate financial outcomes.

You will work with a defined set of general ledger accounts and ensure that reconciliations are completed in a timely and compliant manner.

Qualifications

• BCom is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Record to Report or finance operations.
• Experience with reconciliations and GL processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and reconcile lower-complexity problems within the Record to Report area.
• Interact with peers and supervisors; follow guidance on daily tasks.
• Possibly limited client exposure and participation in rotational tasks.
• Operate as an individual contributor within a team and adhere to defined processes.

What would you do?

You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.

A type of general ledger account which contains a summary of sub-ledger accounts.

Because the reconciliation account only provides a summary, no transactions are directly posted to the account.

• In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems.
• Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors.

• The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others.
• You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work.
