Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Record to Report Ops Associate Director in Mumbai, India. You will lead reconciliation work, align with Finance Operations, and determine financial outcomes by analyzing operational data and reports.

The ideal candidate has 18–28 years of experience, a BCom, and strong capabilities in account reconciliations and senior stakeholder interactions. This role may involve rotational shifts within a global, dynamic team.

• BCom degree required.

What would you do?

• You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
• A type of general ledger account which contains a summary of sub-ledger accounts.
• Because the reconciliation account only provides a summary, no transactions are directly posted to the account.

• This role requires proactive identification, definition and solving of complex problems that have impact on the direction of the business or work effort, where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of Accenture.

• Interaction is with senior management levels at a client and or within Accenture, involving negotiation or influencing on critical matters.
• Individual should have wide latitude in decision making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
• Decisions have a major and lasting impact on areas outside of own responsibility.
• Individual manages large complex teams and or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
