Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Record to Report Ops Assoc Manager in India. You will lead analysis, oversee journal entries, month-end close, and intercompany accounting, while guiding a medium-sized team and coordinating with stakeholders.

This role requires 10–14 years of experience, Bachelor of Commerce, and CA desirable, with rotation shifts. You will drive quality and accuracy in financial reporting and support audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce preferred; Chartered Accountant desirable.
• 10–14 years of experience in R2R and financial reporting.
• Experience with journal entries, month-end close, and intercompany accounting.

Responsibilities

• Posting journal entries, preparing reports, reviewing entries and reconciliations.
• Supporting month-end closing activities including banking, fixed assets and intercompany accounting.
• Preparing balance sheet reconciliations and cash forecasting statements.
• Supporting audit processes.
