Job summary

Oracle is seeking an Oracle Fusion Record-to-Report (R2R) Analyst to support Fusion Financials and R2R in a global enterprise. You will partner with Finance, Accounting, Shared Services, IT and Audit to ensure accurate financial operations, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities include supporting GL, FA, CM, Intercompany and Financial Reporting, resolving production issues, gathering requirements, testing quarterly updates, and assisting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of Oracle ERP experience.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials and R2R.
• Strong understanding of general ledger, close and controls.
• Knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations and operations.
• Oracle-certified analyst is preferred.

About The Role

Support Oracle Fusion Financials and Record-to-Report processes in a global enterprise environment

Partner with Finance, Accounting, Shared Services, IT, and Audit teams to ensure accurate financial operations, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support Oracle Fusion General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Intercompany and Financial Reporting processes
• Resolve production support issues and accounting-related transaction exceptions
• Gather business requirements and implement system enhancements
• Execute testing for quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and new functionality
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activitiesAssist with journal processing, allocations, reconciliations, consolidations, and financial reporting
• Support statutory financial reporting requirements for global legal entities
• Partner with Accounting and Finance teams to ensure compliance with local statutory, tax, and regulatory reporting obligations
• Support external audit requests, financial statement preparation, and compliance initiatives
• Develop reporting and analytics using Oracle reporting tools
• Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of Oracle ERP experience
• Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Financials and Record-to-Report processes
• Strong understanding of General Ledger, financial close, and accounting controls
• Knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting operations
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience working with global business and shared services teams
• Oracle-certified functional analyst
• Strong Finance and Procurement process knowledge

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud Certification
• Support country-level statutory reporting, legal entity financial statements, chart of accounts governance, and regulatory reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience supporting multinational organizations
• Experience supporting statutory financial reporting and legal entity compliance requirements
• Shared Services and Finance Operations experience
• Knowledge of SOX controls, audit support, and regulatory compliance requirements
• CPA, CMA, CA, ACCA, MBA, or similar professional qualification
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion AI capabilities and AI-driven process automation
• Exposure to Oracle AI, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle Digital Assistant, or Microsoft Copilot
• Oracle AI Foundations or similar certification a plus
