Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Record to Report (R2R) to lead an Oracle Fusion ERP Transformation program.

You will manage R2R workstreams, collaborate with finance stakeholders, drive delivery, and oversee testing, governance, and cutover activities. You will coordinate with Finance, Accounting, Controllership, and Technical teams to gather requirements, manage plans, risks, and dependencies, and ensure successful go-live readiness across GL, Close, Consolidations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 6-10 years of Project Management experience with ERP Transformation programs.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting R2R, Financial Close, or Finance Transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with Oracle Fusion ERP / Oracle Financials Cloud.
• Strong understanding of General Ledger, Financial Close, Consolidation, Fixed Assets, Reconciliations, and Financial Reporting.
• Experience managing testing phases, cutover, and go-live activities.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Experience working with global/onshore-offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) workstream for Oracle Fusion ERP Upgrade.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Controllership, and Technical teams to gather requirements and drive solution delivery.
• Manage project plans, timelines, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Oversee testing activities including SIT, UAT, and go-live readiness.
• Track deliverables related to General Ledger, Financial Close, Consolidation, Fixed Assets, Reconciliations, Allocations, and Project Accounting.
• Support user training, change management, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
• Adhere to program governance, PMO standards, reporting cadence, and documentation requirements.
• Participate in cross-functional and cross-workstream meetings to manage dependencies.
• Escalate project risks, issues, and blockers through defined governance channels.
• Collaborate with Data, Business Readiness, and other workstreams to ensure successful delivery.
• Support overall cutover planning, go-live execution, and hypercare activities.
