Job summary

Osfin.ai is hiring for a Recon Executive to manage end-to-end reconciliation, dispute resolution, and automation of fin-ops processes within Indian banks.

You will work on configuring automated systems, collaborating with customers, and running processes at banks’ premises while ensuring data accuracy and scalable operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge about UPI/IMPS/ATMs/Cards/BNAs payment operations for Banks in India.
• Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Knowledge of financial systems or related software.
• Strong understanding of payment processes and financial transactions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and internal teams.
• Previous experience in working on automation projects, bringing valuable insights and efficiencies to the processes

Responsibilities

• Perform and manage the end-to-end process, resolving unmatched/open transaction items and managing the disputes and chargeback processes
• Collaborate with Customers to understand challenges and deliver tailored solutions
• Configure and maintain automated systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling large volumes of financial data
• Run processes at banks’/customers' premises seamlessly
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to resolve implementation challenges efficiently
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, workflows, and system configurations

As a core member of the Recon automation team, you will:
