• Explain project layout, location benefits, amenities and plot/flat options clearly.
• Coordinate transport and timings so visits start and end on schedule.
• Collect client feedback and requirements after each visit and update the lead record.
• Follow up by phone/WhatsApp with visited clients and pass hot leads to the sales manager.
• Keep brochures, price sheets and site documents ready for every visit.
• Maintain a daily visit log and share reports with the team.
• Coordinate and conduct property site visits for prospective clients across the group’s real estate projects in Lucknow
