Job summary

Growth For Impact in Bengaluru is seeking a Real Estate Head to own end-to-end lifecycle of E-Pump site real estate, from sourcing to rent payments, negotiating terms, and building a strong land pipeline to fuel rapid network expansion.

You will identify and close new sites, drive landlord negotiations for optimal terms, manage all real estate agreements including renewals, and lead the city scouting team to hit site targets across priority cities, building relationships with landlords, brokers,

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle for E-Pump sites: sourcing, negotiations, rent payments, and land pipeline.
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and close new sites per business expansion plans.
• Drive landlord negotiations for optimal rental terms, deposits, tenure and conditions.
• Manage real estate agreements: documentation, execution, renewals, escalations.
• Ensure timely rent payments and contractual obligations across live sites.
• Lead city scouting team; set targets for site ID, pipeline, closures.
• Build strong city-wide site pipeline to improve availability and reduce turnaround.
• Maintain relationships with landlords, brokers, developers, and internal teams.
• Ensure finalized rent agreements are executed within defined timelines.

Job description

ROLE

• Own the end-to-end real estate lifecycle for E-Pump sites, including site sourcing, negotiations, agreement management, rent payments, and building a strong land pipeline to support rapid network expansion.
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and close new sites in line with business requirements and expansion plans.
• Drive landlord negotiations to secure optimal rental terms, deposits, tenure, and other commercial conditions.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of real estate agreements, including documentation, execution, renewals, and escalations.
• Ensure timely processing and payment of rent and other contractual obligations across all live sites.
• Lead and manage the city scouting team, setting targets for site identification, pipeline creation, and closures.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential sites across priority cities to improve site availability and reduce expansion turnaround time.
• Build strong relationships with landlords, brokers, developers, and internal Legal, Finance, and Business teams.
• Ensure finalized rent agreements are released and executed with landlords within defined timelines.
