Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant, located in Pune. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling properties, conducting property viewings, providing expert market analysis, negotiating deals, and ensuring clients’ needs and expectations are met. Additional responsibilities include managing client relationships and providing training to junior staff members as needed.

Qualifications

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and/or commercial properties.
• Conduct market research to identify property values, trends, and investment opportunities.
• Schedule and conduct property viewings with clients.
• Advise clients on property prices, legal requirements, and market conditions.
• Negotiate offers and finalize agreements between buyers and sellers.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of available properties and prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and excellent service.
• Stay updated on real estate laws, zoning regulations, and market developments.
• Collaborate with developers, legal advisors, and financial institutions.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Familiarity with the Pune real estate market is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
