The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate valuation, an understanding of market trends, and the ability to deliver detailed and accurate reports.

Responsibilities

• Data Collection: Gather and compile data on commercial properties, including property details, market trends, and comparable sales
• Market Analysis: Analyze market data, comparable properties, and recent sales to determine accurate property values.
• Research: Conduct market research to support appraisal reports, including analyzing recent transactions, market conditions, and property values
• Report Preparation: Prepare detailed appraisal reports and valuations, including narratives, photographs, and supporting data. Help in the preparation of appraisal reports by organizing data, drafting sections of reports, and ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
• Client Communication: Communicate with clients and stakeholders to gather necessary information and respond to inquiries as needed.
• Compliance: Ensure all appraisals comply with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as industry standards and ethical practices.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of appraisals, including data sources and methodologies used.
• Continual Learning: Stay updated with changes in real estate laws, market conditions, and appraisal techniques.
