Citi is delighted to open applications for the Application Development and Software Engineering stream of its Reactivate Your Career Program. The Program is designed to help you transition from a career break into a career within financial services.
Returners in the Application Development and Software Engineering stream will have the opportunity to utilize their knowledge of application development procedures and concepts, and basic knowledge of other technical areas to identify and define necessary system enhancements, including using script tools and analyzing/interpreting code.
The supportive hiring programme will start in September 2026 and you will benefit from a structured and in‑depth induction to help you transition successfully back into the workplace, followed by a tailored programme of professional development and learning delivered over a period of 4 weeks. You will enjoy the benefits of being part of a supportive cohort and will be paired with a buddy to assist with a smooth transition into life at Citi. Citi operates a hybrid working model for the majority of roles across the bank.
