The cohort emphasizes hands-on work, with an in-depth induction over four weeks, followed by structured professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of professional software development experience with a focus on Python.
• Strong Python expertise with frameworks such as Django, Flask, FastAPI.
• Hands-on Kubernetes, deployment (Helm), and monitoring.
• Docker containerization and building secure images.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Exposure to GenAI/AgenticAI development.

Returnersin theApplication Developmentand Software Engineeringstream, willhave the opportunity toutilizetheirknowledge of applications development procedures and concepts, and basicknowledgeof other technical areas toidentifyand define necessary system enhancements, includingusing script tools andanalyzing/interpreting code.

We are interested in applications fromthose who havea range ofexperienceincluding, but not limited to:

• Experience: A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in software development, with a significant focus on Python.
• Python Expertise: Strong understanding of Python and its ecosystem, including experience with common frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI) and libraries.
• Kubernetes: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including cluster management, application deployment (Helm charts), and monitoring.
• Containers: Proficient in containerization technologies, primarily Docker, including building optimized and secure container images.
• Cloud Platforms: Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• GenAI/AgenticAI Development: Exposure to GenAI/AgenticAI development, with a basic understanding of frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn

Eligible candidates will....

• Have been on a career break for at least18 months
• Have a minimum of 4 -5 years professional work experiencein an Application Development/ Software Engineeringenvironment
• Be eligible to live and work inIndia
• Demonstrate natural curiosity and be motivated to learn new skills, with a proactive attitude towardnew technologiesand methodologies
• Exhibit excellentteamwork, able to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
• Effective communicator with aproblem solvingmindset and exhibit accountability
• Possess working knowledge of English
