Job summary

Lightrains Technolabs in Thiruvananthapuram, India, seeks a React developer to build and maintain the front-end of our web products. You will collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver polished, high-performance user experiences.

Responsibilities include designing, implementing, testing, debugging, and deploying front-end features, resolving UI and performance issues, and owning features from specification to ship.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Proactive problem-solver with strong ownership of deliverables.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with server-side rendering (Next.js, Astro).
• Familiarity with modern build tooling (Vite, Webpack, Turbopack).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front-end applications using React.
• Participate in all phases of development—design, implementation, testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Resolve a wide range of UI and performance issues in creative ways.
• Work independently and take ownership of features from spec to ship.
• Write clean, maintainable, and tested code.
• Continuously research and evaluate new front-end tools and techniques.
