Job summary

CCTech is seeking a hands-on ReactJS Developer to build responsive web and mobile experiences for enterprise construction and renewable-energy platforms used daily by field teams on live project sites. You will translate UI/UX designs into performant PWAs and React Native apps, integrate with backend REST APIs, and collaborate in an agile team including QA and UI/UX specialists.

Required skills include ReactJS and React Native, state management (Redux/Zustand/Context), and Git/GitHub or Azure

Qualifications

• Proficient in ReactJS and React Native with hands-on project experience.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or Context).
• Experience with Git platforms (GitHub or Azure DevOps) and CI/CD basics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using ReactJS (functional components, hooks).
• Develop mobile applications using React Native for Android and iOS, including offline-capable flows for field usage.
• Convert Figma UI/UX designs into pixel-accurate, responsive, mobile-first interfaces (PWA patterns).
• Integrate frontend with backend REST APIs; handle authentication (SSO/OAuth), error states and data caching.
• Build dashboards, data grids, map/GIS views and reporting screens with strong rendering performance.
• Ensure application performance, scalability and security (code-splitting, lazy loading, secure token storage).
• Write clean, testable, peer-reviewed code; participate in sprint planning, retrospectives and bug bash cycles.
• Collaborate with QA to keep components automation-friendly (stable selectors/test IDs for Playwright).
• Support UAT and production releases with structured root-cause analysis on issues.

Requirements

Mandatory/Must have Skills:

• ReactJS and React Native (hands‑on project experience)

• Git/GitHub or Azure DevOps (branching, PRs, reviews)

Good to have skills:

• PWA experience (service workers, offline caching)
• Azure DevOps boards and CI/CD exposure
