Job summary

Infosys Limited seeks a RDK Middleware Developer to design, implement and maintain embedded software for Linux-based STB and Digital TV platforms. You will contribute to middleware components, leverage Yocto for builds, and address networking and cable modem functions.

Qualifications

• Embedded C/C++ required for embedded software on Linux platforms.
• Experience with Linux/Embedded Linux in STB or Digital TV environments.
• Familiarity with RDK-V middleware and Yocto build system.
• Networking, cable modem expertise, and STB/digital TV exposure.
• Version control using Git in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain embedded software using Embedded C/C++.
• Work on Linux-based STB and Digital TV platforms.
• Develop and enhance components within RDK-V Middleware.
• Work with the Yocto build system for embedded Linux platforms.
• Develop and troubleshoot Networking and Cable Modem related components.
• Support new hardware bring-up and platform upgrades.
• Support security updates, CVE monitoring, and system hardening.
• Work closely with development, QA, delivery teams, and external vendors.
